    Great base for 3 nights. Stunning rooms with free coffee as well as great view, always welcoming and amiable staff. Nice pool area, incredible breakfast with good coffee and topping.

    Just an optimal selection for a cursory stop in Lisbon with good value. The staff was friendly and helpful . Be aware that the subway noise might bother some, but it's manageable.

    excellent access to iconic sights and vibrant dining spots

    Perfect for weekend strolls. Being a single traveler, I appreciated the spacious lobby and the tasty breakfast options available were nice, but the service could use some refinement as management seemed a bit unorganized .

    My stay was fantastic! I loved the romantic Juliet balcony overlooking the boulevard and the charming cobblestone streets. The rooftop bar was a nice spot for drinks, even if a tad pricey. I would definitely come back!

    The room size was disappointing for the price!!! Noise from outside traffic and adjoining rooms made relaxation impossible!!! The overall infrastructure seems outdated and lacks the polish expected from a luxury hotel!!!

    The lobby had an elegant and stylish design, immediately giving a warm and inviting vibe. The location was prime. My room was spacious, and the bed felt comfortable. Breakfast options were good and varied every morning. The WiFi connection in the room was spotty at times, frustrating when I needed to catch up on work. The hotel also lacked enough sunbeds by the rooftop terrace. I loved my stay, but I hope they improve the WiFi and add a few more sunbeds .

    The hotel was really nice, with an attractive lobby and super friendly staff who went out of their way to help me with my wheelchair attachments. Our accessible room was perfect, and the location was great for walking to everything. There's a lovely cafe nearby for breakfast.
